| (一) | 報名日期： 3 月 17 日(一)10:00 至 5 月 20 日(二)16:00 止。 |

| (三) | 收件單位：本校教務處招生組辦公室(經國樓二樓)。 |
| (四) | 採計項目：書面資料審查及術科考試測驗(折返跑、立定跳遠、併腿左右側跳)。 |
| (五) | 術科考試日期： 5 月 24 日(六)9 時 30 分起。 |
| 二、 | 歡迎體育班及運動項目代表隊同學踴躍報考，本管道入學者可得獎助學金 5,000 元；若參與本校籃球校隊且表現優異者，另有優渥獎助學金。 |
| 三、 | 本校提供苗栗以南、宜花東地區及臺灣離島地區畢業生入學本校四技部新生，可享四年免住宿費。 |
| 四、 | 招生系科：護理系、幼兒保育系、餐旅廚藝管理系、觀光休閒與健康系、高齡照顧福祉系。 |
