| 主旨： | 檢送本縣 114 學年度精進國民中小學教學專業與課程品質整體推動計畫「專業回饋人才進階實體暨回流培訓認證研習」實施計畫 1 份，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據本縣 114 學年度精進國民中小學教師教學專業與課程品質整體推動計畫辦理。 |
| 二、 | 參加對象： |
| (一) | 具 3 年以上正式教師之年資，並有 3 年以上實際教學經驗者。 |
| (二) | 具舊制評鑑人員初階證書或初階專業回饋人才證書、初階專業回饋人才研習證明。 |
| (三) | 培訓課程採自由報名參加，若教師有進行「專業回饋人才初階認證」之意願，則須依嘉義縣政府教育處『專業回饋人才認證相關規定』進行認證申請。 |
| 三、 | 研習日期： |
| (一) | 進階實體： 114 年 12 月 16 日星期二、 12 月 23 日星期二上午 9 時至下午 4 時，共 2 天。 |
| (二) | 進階回流： 114 年 12 月 24 日星期三上午 9 時至下午 4 時，共 1 天。 |
| 四、 | 研習地點：和睦國小二樓會議室。 |
| 五、 | 報名方式： |
| (一) | 請至全國教師在職進修網報名。 |
| (二) | 全程參與研習人員核發 18 小時研習時數。 |
