| 主旨： | 檢送本局舉辦 115 年「稅創藝」租稅短片創作競賽海報及活動辦法各 1 份，請協助於貴校網站公告活動訊息宣導，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 旨揭競賽總獎金超過 9 萬元，活動期間自即日起至 115 年 7 月 31 日止，活動內容簡述如下： |
| (一) | 參加對象：一般民眾（不限國籍），個人或團隊報名皆可，但不得重複參加。 |
| (二) | 活動期間：即日起至 115 年 7 月 31 日 24 時止（活動時間結束，影片上傳功能即停止）。 |
| (三) | 參賽方式： |
| １、 | 1 件作品以 1 至 5 人為限，同 1 人參賽作品以 1 件為限。 |
| ２、 | 參賽作品時間以 1 至 3 分鐘為限（含片頭及片尾），畫面要有「作品主題名稱」、「旁白字幕（繁體中文)」，並請於片頭加入「桃園市政府地方稅務局 115 年結合統一發票推行辦理「稅創藝」租稅短片創作競賽」字樣，並於片尾加註「廣告」。 |
| ３、 | 以下參賽報名方式擇一： |
| (１) | 線上報名：於活動期間內，進入本局官網（ https ：//tytax.tycg.gov.tw ）首頁「租稅宣導專區/課程與活動報名/稅務行動教室/115 年「稅創藝」租稅短片創作競賽」，填寫基本資料，上傳報名表、創作作品、親簽之個人資料使用授權同意書及參賽切結書之影像檔。 |
| (２) | 郵寄報名：繳交報名表、作品光碟或隨身碟、親簽個人資料使用授權同意書及參賽切結書，郵寄「330211 桃園市桃園區成功路 2 段 179 號」（服務科稅創藝收），若於 115 年 7 月 31 日前未寄出報名表之參賽者（以郵戳為憑），恕不受理。 |
| (四) | 獎勵方式： |
| １、 | 綜合評選獎： |
| (１) | 第 1 名： 1 名，獎金 2 萬 5,000 元及獎狀。 |
| (２) | 第 2 名： 1 名，獎金 2 萬元及獎狀。 |
| (３) | 第 3 名： 1 名，獎金 1 萬 5,000 元及獎狀。 |
| (４) | 佳作： 5 名，獎金各 5,000 元及獎狀。 |
| (５) | 初審入選獎：發給紀念獎狀 1 張。 |
| ２、 | 網路人氣獎： |
| (１) | 第 1 名： 1 名，獎金 3,000 元。 |
| (２) | 第 2 名： 1 名，獎金 2,500 元。 |
| (３) | 第 3 名： 1 名，獎金 2,000 元。 |
