| 主旨： | 檢送「115 年教育部生命教育關懷與推廣短片競賽實施計畫」(含報名表、活動海報)1 份，請貴校踴躍報名參加，請查照。 |
| 說明： |
| 一、 | 依據教育部 115 年 5 月 22 日臺教學(一)字第 1150041657A 號書函辦理。 |
| 二、 | 為勉勵學子藉由影像紀錄探索生命內涵，學習欣賞生命的豐富與可貴，深化生命教育推動效益與影響力，教育部自 109 年起，每年規劃辦理「教育部生命教育關懷與推廣微電影競賽」，由教育部生命教育中心(南華大學)承辦。另為回應實際創作型態與影像媒介發展現況，活動自 115 年起，調整活動名稱為「教育部生命教育關懷與推廣短片競賽」。 |
| 三、 | 活動訊息請逕至「教育部生命教育全球資訊網」(https://life.edu.tw/)及「南華大學生命教育中心」(https://lifeeducation.nhu.edu.tw)參閱，摘述如下： |
| (一) | 徵選主題：走出自己．看見微光。 |
| (二) | 參與對象：高級中等學校、大專校院大學部及研究所在學學生，不分組。 |
| (三) | 徵件日期：公告日起至 9 月 7 日(星期一)23 時 59 分前，完成網路登記、參賽資料填寫，並繳交短片參賽作品。 |
| (四) | 頒獎典禮暨首映會：預計 12 月結合「教育部生命教育特色學校、績優人員及短片頒獎典禮」辦理。 |
| (五) | 獎勵方式： |
| １、 | 短片作品獎勵： |
| (１) | 金牌：獎狀及獎金新臺幣(以下同)8 萬元， 1 名。 |
| (２) | 銀牌：獎狀及獎金 4 萬元， 1 名。 |
| (３) | 銅牌：獎狀及獎金 2 萬元， 1 名。 |
| (４) | 佳作：獎狀及獎金 1 萬元， 2 名。 |
| (５) | 評審特別獎：獎狀及獎金 1 萬元， 1 名至 3 名為原則。 |
| ２、 | 上述獲獎學生，函請所屬學校予以敘獎，指導老師由教育部頒發感謝狀。 |
| ３、 | 經初審通過進入決審之團隊，由承辦單位發入圍證明，指導老師頒發感謝狀。 |
| (六) | 出席頒獎典禮之入圍團隊將發給「入圍獎勵金」3,000 元並酌予補助交通費，未出席者視同放棄獎勵資格。 |
